Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager - Government RF & AV whose primary duties will include planning, organizing and directing domestic satellite, telecom and government sales/marketing activities to increase market penetration and market share.

SEEKING CANDIDATES ON THE WEST COAST
Must be willing to work out of Burbank, CA office location

Additional Duties:
  • Provide sales support to domestic satellite,  telecom and government customers within assigned sales territory while assisting with other territories when necessary.
  • Identify specific domestic satellite, telecom and government programs/projects with potential sales opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with key program managers and other relevant contacts to gather market intelligence on current and upcoming domestic satellite, telecom and government programs.
  • Prepare quotations, product support, and manage client base through prospecting and servicing customers through telephone, personal contact and other means of communication.
  • Identify/establish new practices (marketing and sales) to enhance visibility and promote Quintech and Evertz in the domestic satellite, telecom and government market.
  • Identify government grants available to develop new products or to aid in contract awards.
  • Prepare forecast of potential sales on a weekly basis to support sales and marketing goals.
  • Assist with contract review and order processing as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and perform other related duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related technical field and/or a minimum of five years of work related experience.
  • Prior sales experience is required.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Position requires demonstrated professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent written, verbal and technical communication skills along with the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as excellent customer relations, customer service and presentation skills.
  • Work requires a demonstrated ability to multi-task, especially in terms of planning/organizing, project and time management.
  • Must have ability to travel as needed
  • Must have development of proposals in response to government issued RFP's and federal procurement process expertise.
  • Must possess existing relationships with government contractors.

Position is a full-time, daylight position, M-F 7:30am-3:30pm
